Join us for a special morning at the Fumbally Stables to learn how to give colour to your own garments and textiles in a natural and sustainable way.
In this creative workshop you will learn how to dye naturally using onion skins, avocado pits and other food waste, following a simple but very detailed process that will allow you to keep experimenting and obtaining beautiful natural colours at home.
This class is for beginners, so no previous knowledge is required, all you need is loads of curiosity, energy and be open to enjoy this very unique and interesting dyeing process.
The workshop includes:
+ All the materials needed + An organic cotton t-shirt or BYOG ( Bring Your Own Garment) and if it's vintage even better! #sustainablefashion + Soft drinks and light snacks to keep you going.
You will take home the dyed samples, your one of a kind garment and a starter kit with all the necessary mordants and modifiers to replicate the results at home.
Each workshop will have a 10 person capacity. Tickets are non-refundable, so please make sure you’re able to attend or find someone else to take your spot.
